This allows you to see whether we’re heading in the right direction before you commit to detailed planning.

Ready to take it further?
USD $75
If you like the initial concept and want us to develop it into a detailed personalised itinerary, we ask for a USD $75 Custom Itinerary Planning Fee.
This is the point at which we begin the detailed research, availability checking and itinerary development.
The $75 is fully credited toward your Active Bali holiday when you book.

We build your detailed holiday
We’ll develop the itinerary, accommodation, activities, transport and logistics and provide you with a detailed proposal and final quotation.

Review & refine
You review the itinerary and we make two rounds of reasonable amendments to get it right.

Book your Bali adventure
Once you’re happy, you pay the required booking deposit.
Your $75 planning fee is deducted from the amount payable.
